SHIPPING
I ship Internationally. Apart from Spain you can choose between European Union and Rest of the World.
Please keep in mind that depending on your location you might have to pay customs duties which are not included in the shop prices. You might want to consult with your local authorities first.
CERAMICS AND ORIGINAL ART
Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days of payment being received.
My main shipping provider is the Spanish postal service (Correos). You will receive an email with a link and a tracking number.
If you don't receive your order in the estimated time please check your shipping information first, then send me an email to carie@caol.es.
PRINTS
If not indicated otherwise, prints are produced on demand and sent directly from the printing company I work with which has printing facilities on several locations. Production times are estimated 2-7 business days, usually it's fast. Final shipping times depend on your location.
You will receive an email with a link and a tracking number. If you don’t see the email right away, please check your junk folder. If it's still not there e-mail me at carie@caol.es and I can check it for you.

Please choose your items carefully. Returns are not made for change of mind. The return of ceramics and art originals must arrive in original condition before the exchange is sent out and the shipping costs are paid by the buyer. If anything arrives damaged from shipping, please email me with pictures in one week of arrival.
PRINTS
Art prints are produced according to each individual order. I don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let me know.
Refunds are offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us with photos of wrong/damaged items and the reference number and I’ll sort that out for you.
